SPECIALITIES

We have recently introduced a range of dishes that are prepared and served in the famous Tagine Cookware of North Africa and the Southern Mediterranean. This allows for a novel and impressive presentation and fantastic flavour. Examples of the sort of dishes available in this range are:

Slow Braised Lamb with Apricots, Sultanas, Cumin, Chilli, Peppers, Onions, Garlic and Tomatoes.

Chicken on the bone (for flavour), slow cooked with Paprika, Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes, Olives and Flat Parsley.

Mediterranean Fish Stew with Turmeric, Garlic, Onions, Aubergines, Tomatoes and Chilli.

Tunisian Curried Beef, Hot, Sour, Sweet and Spicy. Beef Provençal – made with Onions, Olives, Tomatoes, Peppers, Thyme and Garlic.

There are many more dishes available by request; to compliment the above we can also offer the following :

Spiced Cous Cous. Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary and Garlic.

Spiced Mustard Beans with Olive Oil.

Braised Rice.

Roast Mediterranean Vegetables.

Various Salads and Breads. A selection of regional Starter Dishes are also available as well as a range of desserts.
