As a professional chef I have over 40 years experience within the Catering Industry in many prestigious and successful venues throughout the country.

My catering business was established in 2003 and I have organised and catered for many hundreds of events since then.

Unlike a lot of caterers, I am only too happy to discuss individual requirements and we will strive to accommodate all the needs for your particular catering event. If a meal you’d like is not on our list of dishes then please feel free to ask – with over 40 years in the industry there’s not a lot we can’t tackle and we understand the need to provide for all manner of special dietary requirements.
