Once we have agreed terms and a menu then a deposit (typically 30%) will be required to secure your date with the balance falling due during the week prior to the event.
For larger groups yes it is possible but we can’t offer a sort of ‘travelling restaurant’ idea regardless of group size – make your suggestions and I’ll comment further and suggest a way forward.
No, although depending on location we may apply a nominal amount for fuel / travel time
